We Serve Athena Halal Donair!!

The Donair was introduced into Canada in the very early 1970's. The exact source of the Donair has never been uncovered... but Greeks, Turks and Lebanese have all claimed invention of this delicious delicacy.

Donair meat is a huge shishkabob of spiced beef meatloaf delicately browned on a vertical rotisserie. It's served by slicing huge swathes from the self-marinated mass as it cooks hour after hour.

Although there are many dishes that can be made with the spicy meat, the Donair is typically served wrapped in a browned pita bun with special Donair Sauce and your choice of veggies and cheese.
